Hello guys , can someone show me best Pilot Profile for pvp ? (more dmg)  
Or aliens + pvp i have 46 pp for use

Best opinion with 46 PP for PVE & PVP
If you have 50 PP, then use this:

I don't agree with your both cases.
In the first case you don't have 3/3 Evasive Maneuvers 2, which is very important. In the second case you waste 3 points for Cruelty 2, which is completely useless as the honor/rank does not affect pvp/pve.

My personal opinion towards PvP Bio.
You cant have the best PvP Pilot Profile bio when you waste 11 points (2 on Cruelty Ι+3 on Cruelty II and 5 on NPC Hunter).

The symbol with goli is in my opinion useless because you have tech^^ You have with tech 100%^^

I had the same opinion however DCR rockets, ICE rockets ,SAR or Hellstrom rockets and PLD rockets have nothing to do with the tech and in a fight landing these type of rockets can turn the tables ^^
