How to get ID of a banned account?
Wanna know why me account has been banned, so i asked the Support.
They told me to give them the ID of the acc which I dont know how to get as I am not able to log into the acc. Soooo, how do I find out the accīs ID?
Any help is highly appreciated.

Do you have the profile url? Or maybe an enemie clan has it? With the url (no need to open it) i can get the ID

if you hit the login button when the "You are Banned" message appears. you should be able to read out the UserID with f12
|

Try to login, if appears the popup "u got banned noob" -> scroll down to Support -> write/ask something -> wait for their reply -> you see your ID in their mail

Just copy that code witch u have in place of "%%%%%" and put it on base 62 to convert in base 10 and that is your user ID.

Did you paid one time with PayPal on this acc? If yes, you can try to give the transaktionID of PayPal to Bigpoint to check^^
I have really no idea, how to get the UserID of a banned acc even without profile link.
Do you have Loginname of your acc? Try to send bigpoint support your loginname + email of the acc.
I have really no idea. LOL
