i cant login my acc..

Hello. I will tell you what happened.
I got a home login error 98 error when logging into my account on Sunday. I studied it on the internet and found out that I took the ban. I did not know how long it would take, but I was going to wait. My account was removed in the honor hall for my banquet. I saw an account in my order before I was banned while I was looking at the honor hall last night. I know the nicknames in my overhead rankings, but that's different. I did not think it was my account because his nickname was different. I thought I was on my account and I entered the profile linkime and the nickname on my profile was the same as the nick on my site in the order. So my nickname was changed. I tried to enter the account immediately, but I could not enter the account. I forgot my password and clicked on the mail. Before the ban, the account was my top, and nobody knows my account information, e-mail information. I could not get into the account after the banned banished. Profile linkimden chasing last night I looked at another bi design I look at another design in the morning. Support does not answer me. What should I do?

Just wait for support answer, it may be 7 days ban, but i am not sure.

Error98 is ban most of the time for pushing or account sharing or other small things, contact support and they will tell you more, no your account was not stolen.

Ban for pushing is 14 days -30% ep+hon
Error98 bans are long 1-30 days depending on what have you done.

thanks a lot.but i was on the 20th floor before I was banished. Then I was removed from the honor hall. After 3 days, someone named "orcs" came in the 20th place. I looked at his profile very much like mine. I wanted to make sure I looked at my profile address. When I clicked on the profile address, the profile named "orcs" was opened. So my account's name has been changed. Despite asking for a password reset mailing address did not come. I created another account and followed it with the name "orcs" and realized that it was open. I do not know what to do. My account was registered to me before I was banned, but now it is not.

I suggest you if your acc is stolen, go to police and try to change your password immediately.

But how is that possible? My account was banished, how can it stolen when I'm banished?

maybe its not?
maybe he changed username and password. and you thought that u got "banished"

I'm sure my account was banned. It was removed in the honor hall and i got a "login error 98" error. It opened after 3 days and I have someone else on my account... Support doesnt answer.
