If you know how to code, but you don't know how to install files, it's even worse case. Quick search from YouTube how to use IIS and how to deal with it.

It even seems like you're trying to get another c&p server to this world.

Brother I already had several servers, like war spaces, gruoporbit, darkorbit 2x and more. I have searched for thousands of tutorials but nothing related to that, PHP and IIS I already installed everything well and I contain errors, so I offered $ 10 just to help me install them.
