Just load the cheat engine again, open the addres and change rcx+48 to rcx 75 or 76 or 77 or 78 or 79 try any of these and relog browser, one of them will always fix your cargo back.
Btw punishment for seprom bug is coming tomorrow

Just do the same steps like for seprom bug, but now make the value +cargo not -cargo that will solve it and then just replace the sep into shields or something.
