Honestly, if you need a tutorial how to make a private server, I can say you, you are not eligible to make any private server.

To make a good private server you need enough coding skills to make the game working itself. And what else? Probably working files, OrbitWorld is ****, it doesn't work properly (even though none of the p-servers really work, but I think when DarkPlanets was the thing, something could've really happened) and it's like 10348732nd private server out there.
