(but how?) Darkorbit offline clone/remix
Hello, i want to create a darkorbit offline clone (like darkorbit remix) but more ships, designs and skills, ??? map and more 
Tartarus
Surgeon
all galaxy gates
pilot sheet
pet
drones
lf1, 2, 3, 4, streulaser
all designs for tartarus, pusat and spectrum (ocean, sandstorm and more)
event gates
drone and pet designs
"craft"
new formations
EVERYTHING 
(like darkorbit in 2017 but 2d)
but i don't know how to create, i don't know what program i need... 
Please help

ok, i found the darkorbit remix 5.3.0.3 resources but I have a problem: I open the file and after: failed to locate softwrap.ddl. Program will only lite version  Please help, thank you
