Not actually 100% sure what this means like, if base damage to shields was 80k is it now increased to 120k? Does this change if the hull/shield distribution changes? idk, but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the dimi design vs 3 mill shields.

not being fake, as seems like a pretty difficult/pointless thing to fake imho
Maybe someone who understands the dimi ability can do the calculation
