It doesn't use the uridium insta send.
Infinitely means in this case that your shield and speed will get boosted/send resources from the skylab whenever possible (cargo place, enough resources in skylab, and not sending resources currently)

and is it actually working? or how to set it up? because it seems for me like it does nothing every time when I look into skylab there is nothing happening ..

Well if I set semprom and unlimited sending .. how it know that I want also upgrade speed? And is here something what autoupgrade rockets? lasers are not important for me
