No it will never do that by itself. A workaround is to press ctrl + left muse button on the gate in the bot to force him jump through the gate.

There is no way , because you can't edit any file where there is complex settings of the bot , like stop jumping on gg if have 1 life left .
The only way to do it is you connect on game , jump gg and then start bot ^^
