From what I can tell, Bigpoint do have a legitimate way of catching botters (DOB only most likely, doubt anything they do could reliably catch pixel botters). I've confirmed that at least ONE of my botted accounts is on the list. Either this is a fluke, or a confirmation that they at least have something.
The email that was sent out was an utter failure, and was supposedly supposed to be sent to everyone in the game (a usual newsletter). However somehow it got sent to some people, and not to others, seemingly randomly. Just because you did or didn't get the email doesn't mean you were caught or not caught.
Before anyone speculates, wait for a DOB official update on the situation. I can imagine they'll be doing a full review of the situation right now. Your accounts safety is their top priority, and they won't take this lightly.
I know this is a packets bot, but could it be good to have a DOB pixel bot version?? I know very well packets bot work very better than a pixel bot but in this way players could have a different chance to bot their account while packets bot side is upgrading..
