It hasn't an exact time, but we say : 1 hour boxing = 3-4 hours NPCing.
But if you are using DOB, just focus on doing both, boxing and NPCing at the same time, your uri/h will probably be the same, but you will gain credits, honour, experience meanwhile.

It collects it automatically if youve selected to collect resource boxes + set up the blighted npcs and gygerthralls it will do automatically, no need to setup anything else.
