Can somebody please explain to me how the user rank is calculated? I cannot find anything on google
Do the 'alien points' count towards this? like a protegit is worth 3 'points'?

btw I'm asking about user rank not badge rank

I believe it's xp/1000 + honor/100.

I dont know if I should make a thread or just post it here.. just let it me know please . I want to do it all time now after a twitch stream.

So I wrote everything together from the stream. thats the result:

- New lasers will be released next week -> Should bring new verietey, newnalternatives to the game
-There will be 3 new ores for crafting these:
• for completing daily quests
• for completing GG Weekly quests
• Drops form specific NPCs ( grindable )
• At least u need 1 LF4 ( not unstable ! )
-> Result will be a Weapon with stats of lvl 16 LF4 and the specific PVP/PVE buff

- Really soon there will be NEW Obsidian boxes with „Whole new setup Designs“

- Completely new Ships are coming very soon combined with an Event in march

- There is a new Website design, banners etc coming. They want to modernize the 10 year old game soon.

- New Team Member: OP32 . Many know him as OwningPeeps. His task will be, to handle like an expert of the game and a voice of he Community. 1st task hes going to do is bringing tournaments (1vs1 / 2vs2 / 5vs5 )into the game


- Will there be sth like JPA in the future?
o No, because of cheaters. There will be sth similiar in the future, but not with real money.

- Will there be new Shields?
o Later, after the new Weapons. There is a logic behind it, allowing more alternatives. They want us to handle our ship like we want to. Not how it to be told to

- What is the sense of the unstable LF4?
o More variety and possibilitys to adept gameplay

- Are we getting more NPCs with better Rewards etc?
o Team is working on it

o When the new NPCs are coming, we can explore more space
- What about the latest Poll?
o Much participation. Report is coming

- What about PVP Quests?
o They are looking at it now, because they want to introduce new content on top of that more regually.

- Why you introducing new stuff, when there are so many bugs?
o We are doing both. We have new people in the team.

- What about Ranks?
o They will not be removed.
o Phil ( Narrative Game Designer ) Wants new ranks and leaderboards to give people a chance to compete. The rank system should get more relevant and more fun. ATM its like a competition between "us" and Usain Bolt.. Beginners will never have the chance to get General f.e. - thats frustrating.
o Will come in further future

- What about Content leak of OwiningPeeps ?
o He’ll keep doing this( leaks).

- Talking about the Event in March:
o Its calles „ Hatching out“
o Anything is cominbc in a different form and we have to hunt it down. Its story related (#didnt understood it exactly.. they where talking about oil... in the end )
o New ships coming ( one is called Memesis )
o They are craftable
o „Things are going to travel from one event to an other in one way or an other“

- How long it takes merging servers?
o There are Plans doing more with the refraction Zone
o If you play on a low pop server there will be an option soon, to play with players from everywhere and to enjoy a game with full maps.
o They wont merge servers.. there will be an other option instead

- What about the proxium bug players?
o They are going to be punished, but they want to identify them 10000% first.

- Is there any chance für new PVE Quests?
o YES
o They will be story quests, which explain the past before the game history started to explore the organisations (MMO/VRU/EIC) behind it.
o That will lead to more content and creates a „culture“

- Will you change the Peramafrost again?
o They will change it in the future to make it more valuable to low – mid player.
o They dont wanna haste in changes

- What about Flash and a client?
o Flash isnt going to be „ deleted from the internet „(quote)
o Its a long process – its 10 years of code

- Will the scrap drop chance of the NPC will be increased?
o The whole of the NPC configuration is going to change.
o It should get more lvl balanced
o With the lvl and abilitys the drop rates should increase „somewhere“ and decrease in other places

- What about the lags?
o Work in Progress
o They already made some test improvements

- Are you making a 4th company?

o We have to wait and see

- What about classic stuff like Darkorbit in 2006-2012 ?
o They will not get back to roots

- Why dont you ban the bots like u did it last time?
o They are banning bots every week.. but they know that this arent all.
o They try to catch it, but Bots evolve.
o Bots dont making them money
