Well on my first account I had to do 49 zetas to get 8 havocs to be full (I had 2 havocs from quests) but on my another account I did 7 zetas and got full havoc

When you bought Rabate, a spin will cost only 50 Uridium (while galaxy double event), so i think 20-50k Uridium to build it up.

+Dont forget about NPCs uridium - 114.597 for whole group so if you are in 8 players u each get 14.324 uri for NPCs only so at total u get 34.324 (reward + npcs) uri for gate and you are able to build it at 20-60k, depends on your luck. So doing Hades on double with discount/sale on ggs you earn +uri or loose just a bit like max 20k if u are super unlucky so its good anyway

Really 15% Chance for an LF-4? I did 26 Hades gates this weekend and got 0 LF-4's.. Am I that unlucky?

I did 58 of them and got 5 or 6 lf4s, its all about luck, and yeah it really is 15% chance.
