It is basically what happens when you disable cookies in your browser. The login page will accept your login information, but instead of directing you to the start page, simply reloads the login page with a loginerror=99 (which you can see in the address bar)
re-enable cookies then refresh, then login as usual. Then you are happy, BP will be happy, and google will be very happy )
Login error 99 just means. 1. 5 hour on the same page without reloading. 2. Login on a different pc or device, then it shows error99 on the previous pc or device when you refresh the page.
