I am assuming DOR is either dead or that I don't know where to find the latest version.
2 things:

1. Where can i find the latest version - If possible to be found

2. I am making a version of my own however I am having a few issues that I need some help on dealing with

Thanks, i already have the v5.3.0.3, that what i am working from.

I am having issues with creating and accessing .res files, I've been looking all over the internet for the method except from asking on forum(s).

How do i open/create .res files?

Just rename it from .res to .gmspr and import it to GM
