1) You place the 10 modules you want
2) You build the base (5min)
3) You have to defend the base for 30 minutes until it has the Instashield
4) You swap the Deflector module (blue one) while base has shield
5) 2-4 seconds before the module is in, you open the base for 30 minutes and defend it again
6) After 30 minutes you can open the base for 8 hours without defending it
After every server restart you have to re-do the bug. (step 4->5->6)
You cannot change modules while the base is bugged, you can change them after a server restart
Edit:
You can use a low level Citadel on x-3 and x-4.
When you use the draw fire skill, people will lock you and can't shoot the base, but you don't take dmg either because of noob protection
