Salvage protocols increase the loot by 1% at LVL 1, 2% at LVL 2 and 3% at LVL 3. Using 9 salvage protocols x 3% = 27% more uridium from P.E.T. . The Best way to use protocols for boxing is 9 salvage and 3 radar at LVL 3.
