This thread turned into private servers flame thread. Everyone is free to do everything he wants afterall. I personally learned coding by watching DP emu and slowly converted it into byteArray emu so it will work on 7.5.3 and I slowly learned everything that way. My code was messy as hell but well everything with it's time ^^.

I want to have something to learn from,a source,explanations, the spacebattles files are perfect for me,but it seems I can't find them anywhere.

My conclusion is that Armandito&forswars(With spacebattles files) bought it or something.

True but as I mentioned a while ago I will release tonight a documented source and also how to code it. The source is good and perfect base for a server unlike others.

But the thing I want is a working P-server with NPCs.

It's all AI and math. Nettybase will be open source and I will maybe add such things

Who are you to judge someone who want to try ? I'm sick of people who have no ideas, just messing around to get attention, discourage others.

Most of people can learn by seeing code that works, it's what developpers do.

They learn by looking things already made, experimenting by themself, There are alot of differents ways to write code, but a programming language and mechanics will always stay the same, an If stay an if.

Too many people said that before especially here on epvp, but the first thing you know, they did too.

If he got a project, just encourage him or just stay quiet.

He just asking for files to learn things about his project faster.

I did not say you need to learn coding before starting a project. Ofc you make projects while learning, but if hes a beginner why would you make such a big and advanced project as a private server? I fully support someone making whatever they want.

You don't know nothing,it's not essential to learn java and other shiz,essential is to have a source to copy & learn.But so far everyone on this forum is toxic,thanks to the kiddies who joined 2014-2015..Frankly if I get them I will use only for personal use(localhost) and occasional with friends through hamachi.
Not to mention the low life entrepreneurs thinking they rock with their copied P-servers

You're right i didn't learn C++ Because I'm not ready to learn that lanugage. Also, looking at my join date on this Forum doesn't mean a thing about my knowledge.

I don't think SpaceBattles 6.3.1 was released on epvp, i don't have, but that code wasn't great. You should look at Manulaiko's CMS + Emulator p-server package, Its not to bad. Definitely can learn from it. Good Luck

Download Azure DO server and learn from it. I'm not telling you to give up or anything like this but wtf, you're just like: "gimme darkorbitprivateserver.exe i wanna learn"... Seriously take what the community offers you and then try a bit to do stuff by yourself.

Well I ******* hate you to ,and also FuckOrbit that's the most terminated server,I know they worked a lot but it doesn't deserve money/donations.

Actually I hate everyone who is making a small business around a BIG GAMES(Like darkorbit,seafight) then sell every virtual **** for money,eg.:Bots,P-server sources.

Azure-DO server is old and ****,it's like it was coded in 30 minutes,but at least the owner did a free source unlike you all.And you can't learn much from it,that's why you need a stable source.

BTW it's not privateserver.exe you walnut,it's called CMS and emulator,the emu comes in .exe and it's different.

You don't understand, i'm trying to tell you that you can't get stuff like this... DarkPlanets was leaked, SpaceBattles has been released because of a stupid hacker. You're trying to get DP's/SB's team work just because you'd like to chill with your friends on an hamachi server? Then I guess that Azure is more than enough for you.
