You can pick some dead server with 10 people playing for easy cubes and you can make full account there easily, but it'll be boring later. I'd go with GE1 if I was about to make a new account.

Want to come back in the game too, what is the point of going in a 90% VRU Serv ? you can't choose another faction and if you chose Vru you have no pvp right ?

I would say Global America 1 or Global Europe 1 depending on where you are from.However, I live in Europe and I still play in Global America 1 and it is fun.The server is great, I am MMO and I find it very interesting... :P

Eic -> Palladium
Vru -> Pvp maps (If you go to the pvp maps as a non vru you are gonna get scared by the red points)
