Poor Support everywhere.
Well in my Experience all the DO support is giving their customers "Trash support".
I did ask something, and they didn't gave a clear answer.
Post only if you have any bad experiences with DO.

-me: hey, can you remove links to my account?
-they: copy of id-card, all payments of the account and all nickname-pw used on it.
-me: ok nvm, i sold it.
I think it's enought x)

My support experience has been very bad, they do seem pretty useless but one time they did help me recover my brother's account which was taken from his email. They reset the password and put it back into our email since we had been messaging them as the hacking was happening.

Don't blame them. They're not getting paid and they have to deal with tons of bullshit everyday. They probably get asked the same question at least 10-15 times a day. Imagine how stupid that would be.

I told them that once i switch my configuration to 2 in my second aegis the shield goes to 0 everytime
they asked me to clean coookies and cache, but I like coookies too much I can't delete them lmao

Asked them a question, took 5 days to answer and gave me no answer at all, it's like that its just a bunch of brain dead people answering stuff.

Right now I'm trying to get the moroccan flag into the payement, I'm living in morocco and my account is made in morocco from morocco xD!
they asked me how did the other flag got there!
OH *** I forgot that I'm the one who made the payement system! how did I forgot such detail ?

I have 1 bad experience with support and one good,the bad is in 2011 when i lost an account(it was stolen with that hack via dosid) i sent them all the proofs that the account was mine but they denied the existence of any hack that stole account and they tell me to go to police(some time after that they fixed the bug so hack wasn't working anymore lol) and the good one 2 weeks ago when they change my payment country to a cheaper one.

I got chatbanned for 30 days for having a "banned" name.
(wwwwwwwwwwww..).
The forum rules said you get 5 minute ban and if you haven't changed your name after that, you get 30 days.
Further the rules say, if you don't write anything in chat you will not get banned.
So I asked Support and Forummods if they can unban be, because I had no 5 minute chance + following the rules allowed me to keep the name if I don't write.
They said >No, change your name or we will ban your account

1. I'm not with you for what you said.
Since they are not getting payed, means they have chosen to be supporters and as supporters they basically can't write bullshit if they receive bullshit, just don't care about such request lol
2. No, for check Bp links they don't need to ask all such opinions, atleast the english support just say "ok we check & tell you" IMO

Heh, that is a nice reason lol (btw the mods can read whispers I think)
I got perma banned from chat because I was asking the mod some question and he banned me for "selling account". (The question had nothing to do with that...)
And support just gave the reason to the mod without further inquiries.

3 weeks ago i messaged them about my PvP quest cos i would of completed it, since then ive had 3 of them ****** surveys on how good the support was and still aint had a response... 10/10 rating on them surveys
