Player Elite fixed Auction, but where are the infos about the server problems and the two bugs?

New Bugs:

- Peoples have Zero Ammunition and can't buy Ammunition.

- Peoples placed Alpha Gate on map, they reloged and had no Alpha Gate, but they had again 0 parts.
