Possible by replacing the laser images in the swf files. It will work only on 2D however. You can swap the swfs with charles or httpinterceptor made by Requi.

Well, some of the swf are checked using the md5 hash, if I'm not wrong those which can give any advantage somehow, like the bonus boxes, etc...
I can't remember where, maybe in any xml file or inside main.swf you could see a list with the checked files.

You can download them from any private server, like andromeda/uberorbit. I don't know if cryz mlgtool allows you to do that, but you can always use the one I coded a few months ago (It's open source so you can change the download url to any of those servers)
