Hello, I am creating a "clone" of darkorbit in which I will try to keep only the style of play in 2011 - 2012 or 2008 - 2009
The game will be 100% graphics made by me so I do not think the big point go to care about it.

The objective of this topic is to get some ideas for the game I will first provide a version for offline test in one month

8 Iris are enough, no need for Apis/Zeus. No need for LF4 or Item Upgrade system.

I was thinking what is best, as the visible Dones darkorbit or unlockable slots just changing a few details on the ship
What would you feel better?

the fact of not having visible drones will increase the FPS rate in addition to not faithfully follow the darkorbit but would keep the same gameplay

I know but start will not do it, the main reason is not to copy the darkorbit
