Man, I would like to thank you so much for your helpful comment.The Support wrote back to his email before 24 hours that they will take care of the problem and it will be resolved in 72 hours but I think that it was an auto-message - not from an admin just auto-messge from the system.Will they reply with an email to my friends email that they deleted his email from the "blacklist" or he will just receive the confirmation emails into his email ?
