Hello guys !
Me and my friend have a problem with email change of a darkorbit account.Yesterday my friend wanted to transfer the account to my email.He sent an email change request from the darkorbit account and after that he logged in his email.In his email there was no confirmation email from DO for the email change.We waited over 2 hours and there was still no email from DO so we weren't able to change the email.After that he wrote to support - he told them that he is not able to change the email of his account because he does not receive an email from DO to confirm the email change.They answered him that they will check his problem and they will resolve it in 72 hours.
My friend is from Russia and his email is from yandex.ru.Almost 20 hours passed from the answer of the support.He still does not have a confirmation email from DO in his email.He does not have messages from DO in his Spam and Trash as well.
Have you had this problem before ? What was your solution to it ? For how much time have you fixed it ?
I would be so thankful is somebody help me or explain me how he fixed this problem.I can even pay you some money for your favour via PayPal.
