I donīt know, but if you have more than 100 millions of seprom on your lasers maybe they will find it suspicous.
I don't know. I didn't play for a few years and have 10million on my lasers, maybe there are others too
(Someone always sold gold on my account so I got credits while not playing :P)
You don't need more than 9.000 as the maximum amount of seprom in Skylab is 9.300~
It's 9.079...
And yes, but using cargo cargo protocols, u can save Seprom in your ship and wait some time and sent it in again, this way you can use the bug more efficient and receive up to 200k laser Update per successful "bug attempt".
Also guys, here's a video on YouTube - the bug is still working smoothly.

Enjoy your seprom guys...
If you want your account to be safe you'd not want to use any bugs. Therefore, sending seprom to your ship (9.079 or w/e) every 2 days is the safe way to get your lasers seprommed!
