If I buy a license for this bot will it only be usable on 1 computer or on 1 account? Because I want to run the bot on my server but I probably won't have the server forever.

The bot is neither for 1 computer or 1 account. You got the ability to bot up to 3 accounts with the bot.

What the bot needs is to change to X map after death, otherwise, it just bots in x-1 maps gaining 0 uri. Also it needs to flee from enemies instead of just sitting there dying

The license is for 3 your PCs. You can't buy one license for you and your friend.
