[Release] DarkOrbit Resource Downloader

Hi!!

I've made this little tool (in 30mins so the code is kinda messy) to download the resources from DarkOrbit's server, it can download "spacemap" and "do_img/global" folders.
To use it just 'java -jar DODownloader.jar' and choose the option you want and it will automatically download it.

Don't thank me, thank Yuuki because he made the ****** code. I just used my ****** Tabitha library to make it look cooler.
