Why put a unfinished server up? People may want 10.0 but they want it COMPLETE. LOL

PS: Just take a look, if Darkorbit posted their server like OU does they would now have 100 active players probably on all their servers at peak hours but now instead they got ~5k

You don't know What the best is. Not a server that has nothing ready and released.Best is a Server that is complete and released when it is nearly perfect

One Ultimate have only 3D.. but only 3d is nothing, you think the server is perfect because he have 3D? lel.. if you have coded the complete darkorbit THEN its complete and perfect.

Indeed, if you " see ", i said " this server will become perfect" .
I know that a server with only 3D is not perfect, but the version has been included only two days ago, and I think the admin has its time to work on. So think before you speak 2 times. And I think is the only public server that has this version.
