Hi, guys, since 1 week i've buyed an account and there's a problem it's on the bigpoint portal of who sold the account.
I know all the information that the support asks to disconnect the account from his bigpoint portal but i'm only 15 and i can't give any document of me.
WHAT CAN I DO? PLEASE HELP ME!
