I Have 1 question . If I invite myself and level up friends&bonus accounts and my ip start with 5.14. But after router restart , my ip is changed can be banned?

Restart your router each time you finish with an account , and if you wish , as an extra delete history / change MAC adress
It's what i do , maybe cookies / history isen't a MUST but as i know , they can store to what accounts you've logged in
