I think the Centaur design has been replaced with Saturn design, which you can get(have a % chance to get it) only be doing the Kronos gate.

No-one really knows. As It depends when they release for it to be bought in shops.

The centaur is still available to buy when the event is on and has not been replaced by the Saturn Design.
