If you want to have a server with aliens you need to know how to program. If you want to learn programming you need to know english. Most good resources/books are written in english. So you either learn english and then programming or you just continue using other peoples stuff. But then you'll need to ask the people who gave you the server for help. We can't help you without you showing us some code.
