Go config/paths.php and edit it with the server ip.

You need to edit both, just put the ip for the no_slah, without a slash at the end.

ok so map works now trade works but still no hanger i cant get hanger on loclahost now we are geting close tho thanks for ur help mate btw ok heres the pic
