About DarkPlanets...
Well , Bigpoint shut DarkPlanets down ... sorry for this but now i banked 100€ on 1 MHH to fly Full Elite + Millions of Uridium well now they closed and they dont want to give me/us a little compensation thats unfair...
what do u think about this ?

BigPoint hat den Server nicht nur einfach ausgeschaltet, sie haben Bau erstmal alle Einnahmen weggenommen. Er steht jetzt ohne nichts da und du verlangst jetzt, nachdem er sogar vor Gericht musste, dass er euch etwas zurück gibt?
Es war klar, dass BP irgendwann etwas gegen Privat Server unternimmt, also ist es Eigenverschulden, wenn man den Server unterstützen möchte. Das habt ihr natürlich alle auch. Ihr habt auch als Gegenleistung ein sehr gutes Schiff und Equip bekommen.

dann sollte er das sein lassen mit dem uridium banking ? mir ist es eigentlich egal ob er zum gericht muss oder nicht jeder wusste doch das bigpoint irgendwann mal was dagegen machen wird? wie gegen die botters...
trozdem möchte bzw verlange ich eine entschädigung ich steh im leeren ohne 100€ ohne einen account

uhm, we where sued and shutted.
Thats not equal to closed.
And we are working on reopening, but we probably need a new domain for that though.
As i spoke with several other server owners at a meeting kept in secret, it's dangerous to be at the frontier and you can easily get pierced by a bullet.
Edit: officially do i stay to 3 months jail time in Denmark as of now. I don't need you to understand but, that's how it stands right now.

Der Server muss sich oben halten an Spenden. Ihr bekommt für Spenden eine Gegenleistung. Ihr wart nicht mal gezwungen zu banken. In keiner Hinsicht. Wäre es Pay2Play gewesen könnte ich es verstehen.

Du kannst verlangen, wieviel du möchtest, er muss niemanden irgendetwas zahlen. Ich kann wetten, Bau hat sich sogar durch AGB abgesichert, dass er nichts zurückzahlen muss, außer es besteht ein Fehler auf Serverseite.

In dem man alles 5 mal absichert über VPN's, mehrere Server und so weiter. Denkste Bau zahlt da alles aus eigener Tasche nach dem was passiert ist? Dazu werden Dateien modifiziert, dass er nicht ein weiteres Mal dran gekriegt wird.

If we can get our **** back together, will we try out again from 1. November.
But now with some changes to the system and more hidden than before.
We still have all our files and our database so nothing game related is lost.
Also i'm not gonna fight BP for your donations.
That would be suicidal.
