Firstly, they can "Take all down" servers using DMCA.com, they can do anything, the game it's copyrighted and you or any other person can't do anything to bypass it.

Dmca isn't a "stuff", and torrents aren't illegal things.
BP did something against DP, they can do the same against any other pserver, and you can't stop them.

Also, I guess if I have to say my opinion in this, unofficially. I say no, for reasons which are already known to some of the users.
