We also don't need a thread about "I lost ammo, dis guys suck". I have to agree with the quoted post, explain and provide as much proof etc of how you lost it. You need to give as much information as possible. Rather than just complaining, helping the developers fix these bugs so it doesn't happen will be much better.
Yeah, it can suck when you encounter a bug and not all the time you receive a refund (it can happen, but you can usually avoid this if you provide evidence of you losing it and giving enough information of how you encountered it). But bugs exist, it's very difficult to create a bug free game. If you can help them out, they will be able to help you out more easily.
Overall, I just think both sides need to meet halfway. We can't expect one side to do all the work.
