We're not online 24/7 to re-open threads, if it wasn't re-opened (in case of the event that I may have forgotten) you may use the report button. That is the quickest way for us mods to see what's going on.
I'll reopen the thread shortly, or contact the thread creator to see if he's ready for it to be re-opened.
