I have an old fe ship and my question basically is
Should I use my 100k uri on a drone design, upgrades, booty or skillpoints. I got only 10 skillpoints, drones on lvl 2 only and no drone designs yet

As an old fe I guess you should build some zeta's to get some logfiles. For now I'd say you could buy a drone design

Booty Keys would be good for you to get LF-4, Apis and Zeus. But that is not all. If you will not buy uri you need to collect palla for drone designs and this will take much time.

I'm at the palla field a lot (in a good clan) so maybe i shouldn't use uri for gates. Zeta is almost ready. Should I build zeta again after I'm done or build kappa?

also what is better
Palla or collecting boxes on pvp with doubler?

I would palla its much safer and you don't need to buy a doubler.. Also just keep doing zetas tell your full havocs and use the booty keys for lf4 events or APIS events

I already have a doubler. About havocs, they dont give a bonus until you got drone design on all drones right?

Farm zeta till you have fat lasers (21-24 PP) because gives a lot of uri and logfiles and also booty keys to use on Zeus Event. Thats the main goal of any ship who doesnt have Apis/Zeus/Fat lasers... After having these 3 things you choose between getting all the Havocs(usefull if you had luck and only need few) or change to Kappa Gates.
