"my problem" is the way you deal with it.. I told the support, that i didnt get the cloak-cpu (10x) from trade and didnt recieve the single-cloak, which i bought for 500u.

So i asked the support for a refund and the answer was: no, you arent premium, so you get a shit (i added the last part to make it clear)

not even our big enemy aka. bigpoint would act like that..

For me it says: donations are no donations, it's a regular selling of ingame currency and if you dont do that (i cant do it, bc i can bux something via PSC) you are worthless and get nothing..

this is:
1. absolutly bullshit
2. perversion of the word "donation"
3. pay 2 win
4. tax evasion
...

i think you got the point now..



Dagegen sage ich absolut nichts.. 3€ isn witz.. sobald man mit PSC zahlen kann würde ich sogar in erwägung ziehen es zu kaufen.. (sofern man dann die restlichen 7€ der PSC in uri ausgezahlt bekommt - wären für 10€ PSC = 1 monat premium + 105k uri) aber meiner bisherigen erfahrung mit dem server nach zu urteilen wird das sicher auch nicht möglich sein..

preisleistung ist dennoch ok

Yes when i comes to refunding. If we know the items doesn't work.
Also if the item work, will premiums still be able to get it refunded without reason. Non-premiums would need a reason, like a total miss-click, as we had before i fixed the ammo page xD

That was our target with premium support as of this stage.
I find that fair.
And it's 1 €, also i'm setting up the last stuff with the e*g donation system right now.

I would like to point support is not experienced about the core, I told them but there must be i misunderstanding:
We don't refund any trade BUGS or any lost items to non-premium, which almost never happend and that's our new rule because all players spammed our support when there was a trade bug and we returned all of thwm their credits or items.
The bought items are not refunded to premium members too, because it stays on your equipment, just not implemented on emulator. You don't lose it and will receive with the next cpu-updatr.
If there is an issue about support members, better pm me or Bau instead of making chaos in public: that way we can solve the issue faster and easier. Just fyi, our support is not experienced supporters, just handpicked volunteers.
Note that we are trying not to be p2w but its like this:
If uridium prices are cheap; its p2w for some
If uridium prices are expensive its p2w for others
we already have nice uridium amounts (300-450) on boxes and chnage is %20 to get them.
What we do, will never satistify all users..

It is your luck, 25% is uridium. I can't do anything about that, sorry. The most percentage is credits>uridium>ammo>gg>jackpott, but we give ammo for gg and jackpott until our gg system is completed.

If they report to BP then why are they on our site? Are they jealous, mad, or just little kids that cannot configure there own server? Also, I highly doubt BP will do anything to shut us down. If they started shutting down private servers, they will have to go to the ones that were made first such as the PvP servers.

I highly doubt anything is going to happen.
