I think the aliens are way too aggressive and they hunt you in too large groups so that you can't really farm as a noob, specially with a bigboy. Please think about it and maybe fix it, thanks in advance

My friend got banned 2 days ago for 'using a diminisher cooldown bug' . He has proven that cooldown for its' is 3 minutes so why u didn't unban him ? I ask as him cause he don't know english well . Here's the video proof :

1. That was his 3rd Bug that he used.
2. Ban is Ban.
3. Read the ToS.
4. Bourin should just stop asking for unbanning he wont be unbanned
