Lol yeah I lost a BK!! Ha ha. Since the other ranks are based on percents I assume as more players join, there will be more 1-3 stars available correct? I'm not sure on the actual numbers the the percentage is very low. So for every 100 new players only 1 more 1 star is possible. Something like that.

Yes that's correct, everything is calculated in percentage.
Unless the ranks: general, administrator and Banned.

Cool. On a side note...what a strange server this is. I get caught out by an MMO in my 2-7 while fighting a BK. This MMO helps me kill my BK and just leaves me...Hmm not sure why. Thanks to whoever did that, mighty decent of you.
