Have you tried logging out completely, logging back in, and then try equipping your goliath? If you have vengance we will have to manually add the goliath to your ship due to a known bug from what I discovered. Please contact our support and we will help you as soon as we can.

But, first try logging out completely and logging back in. If you are on fly page log out, and then try to allocate your ship then. It should work, if not contact our support.

Dont Worry There Prob Be ranking for that to Its Alot Work Now for Devs to Fix Server for Us Players to be Enjoyable As now its Taking Baby steps to The Future when everything will be working.
