It's because depending on who closed the report, it can vary of who deems it as spam. Maybe it's related to the server? Maybe whereas it might be a silly question, it isn't spam because it is still related. Whereas some posts may seem silly, they aren't spam, of course this is different to moderator to moderator. Of course, if it's the same post over and over, it is spam.
It's a PServer, it is bound to get questions like "why u offlane". It's going to happen. It's up to you how you want to handle it. Announcements, updates, etc, etc. There are a lot of things to take into consideration before you say a post is spam, especially for a PServer. I would say there is a difference between a
pointless and a
useless post.
Also, as a note. You don't need permission to report people, just report the post if you think it's against the rules. We will check the posts and we will take action accordingly.
My opinion anyway.
Also, we're Moderators, not Admins ;) We also do this in our spare time, so we can't do things straight away. I try my best to do reports whenever I can and so do the rest of the team.
