I'm going to take his word for this.
If it is indeed working, please provide some sort of proof that it works.
Personally, I wouldn't say that these are bugs so to speak, rather than the prices are different in each country and it's more of a "trick" so to speak. It's like saying I found a bug where you can buy a Skyrim key for less money, you just go to this site because it's cheaper!
Nevertheless, please provide some sort of proof that it works.
