There are chances but they are only theorical. You have the chance of 33%. Its like spinning a coin, there is a 50% chance for number but this doesnt say that you will get every second time the number.

Do hades... its much cheaper than epsilon or kappa...

(I did 20 Hades and got 7 Lf4...)
