what if a premium got banned?

hi epvp community..
tonight reading news on facebook accidentally i saw a picture what said "what i did?" and the picture was about darkorbit webpage saying: "your account was banned because.. bla bla", i don't know if that is true but i'm just wondering..
what will happen with people who pay for uridium and get banned? what if you pay a lot of money and you was broke so, you decide to use a bot or a cheat just one day or one hour? if you are banned after pay uridium your money will be refund? will darkorbit take your uridium to another new account for you?..
who can answer this question? please..
i think i have more question but i don't remember now..

In theory, according with ToS, you should get banned indipendently from the money you spent. Even if you are Premium and you pay 500 Euros in a month.
But, actually, BigPoint tends to be less strict with payers

i seen the top 10 player get perma ban with no warning

If u use PayPal u can refund the money after u got banned.
They could only ban your acc but.. yeah it's already banned so who cares?

Otherwise u don't have any chance to get your money back. Also it won't be transferred to another acc.

No, there is no refunding in any case.
You get back only money on premium or subscriptions, and only 75% on them.

User cannot advance any other request.

In my server there are some people in TOP 10 that have been using autolock for like more than 3 or 4 years and no ban. And they use it very clearly: you use pem and camouflage > locked almost instantly, you are far far away from their screen > locked and lasers appear from far away or they come into your screen already shooting you.
I DO think that paying or having influence with some admins might help you...

Cry used autolock, but didnt get banned.. maybe cause they are mods/admins

thanks for your opinion, i had read about pay to mod/admins to unban your account, mm, maybe it's related to your opinion
but i read/heard that they will unban only if you are premium member..

You will get banned, premium or not, but I also heard that if you know some1 inside you can get your acc back. There has been bans in GE& these days, saw few top players missing, but I'm not sure what's the real reason, because I'm not playing any more, but still waiting for answers from people that still do...
