We recommend using the Azure Emulator, along with. NET Framework 4.5, For it must Emulator to work properly in your case, must be the lack of. NET Framework, or the emulator is in error files, or else you do not edited the "app.config" file to set "app.config" open it with notepad and so change only the password (if you put one in PHPMyAdmin), and the name of your DB (the one you put in PHPMyAdmin).
