Rank Bug, or ban?

So, today I logged on and i have 0 player points (hall of fame points), and im 14k in the ranks, but yesterday i was 320th?! I'm on the correct account, on the correct server but with no player points, hm? :/

Sometimes i'm 80k in hall of fame, i kill an npc or i bid on trade and i go back to 650th
it's a bug, few months ago was the same on ge1. They (the most awesome and professional bp engineer) will fix it

It is now that when people would go inactive their top user points will go to zero unless you log back on and then they will be back the next day

no, this was happening to multiple people, even those who played every day.
