he not have permissions to post it and if he do it we can report this to the police and he get a good time in jail or a good penalty because oneultimate have copiraight but he decide

You don't need the police into this form of Copyright infringement xD
Just post a DMCA claim, and then the uploader and file hoster most take it down, to prevent a bill been sent to them lulz.

I vote, "no" because for one you did not create the emulator.... And it's like stealing from a store getting stuffs for free when you are suppose to pay... D:

You can not DDoS him 24/7. And it is not efficient.
Anyways... A bad Server ask if he should post an emulator which does not belong to him. Just shows that the server from him is **** and he needs to use other emus and make them public. Now he feels like an pro. Let him have that feeling... But he does not know what, if something, will happen when he releases the emulator. Maybe there will be someone who is able to crash his emulator. Maybe there will be someone who writes a bot just for his server. Who knows ... If he want to start such an fight he should be knowing that and that most people will hate him for that, except nckrnckr because he then can leech more stuff. I really want to see how this turns out.
